FORECLOSURE

Отказ компании, деятельность которой организована по принципу вертикальной интеграции, поставлять ресурсы неинтегрированным компаниям-конкурентам или продавать их продукцию. Целью таких действий является стремление лишить их конкурентного преимущества. На рынке, где представлено множество независимых поставщиков ресурсов и существуют разные возможности сбыта, конкурирующие компании не испытывают ограничений. Однако если большая часть ресурсов и сбыт продукции контролируются доминирующей на рынке фирмой (см. Dominant firm), могут возникнуть серьезные антиконкурентные последствия. См.
